Same for me, on CentOS 4 I just build freetds from source and then pymssql
[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sch_Accpac]$ ldd
/usr/local/lib/python2.4/site-packages/_mssql.so

libpthread.so.0 => /lib/tls/libpthread.so.0 (0x0053c000)
