you haven't placed a full stack trace so its impossible to see where  
there error initiates, but it means that you're attempting to use the  
ORM against the Users class without the mapper() function having been  
called for the Users class.   It means your logic within init_model()  
has not been called by the time you attempt to use the ORM.
