I configure a session (from elixir) using this code:
session = sqlalchemy.orm.scoped_session(
sqlalchemy.orm.sessionmaker(
autoflush=False,
autocommit=False
)
)
Is there any way to identify whether the transaction has already
begun to avoid exception?
