What is the copyright policy on patches submitted on the SQLAlchemy bug tracker? I'm glad to release them under the MIT license (it is the licence I use for my own projects) but the "problem" is that the patch author des not appear anywhere. It seems that is not even possible to create a personal account on Trac.
