current docs on pysqlite's own site point to:

http://docs.pysqlite.googlecode.com/hg/sqlite3.html

Would need to know where the official docs are.

If the link to pysqlite's docs are going to keep moving around (seeing that 
pysqlite doesn't have a domain name of its own), I might want to point to 
http://docs.python.org/library/sqlite3.html instead.
