Can I set in sqlalchemy model unique=True, but with unique on lower of
that field?
Or it can be setted only like
event.listen(Tag.__table__, 'after_create', DDL(
"""
CREATE UNIQUE INDEX ON tag (LOWER(title))
"""
))
?
