So I read the doc you posted above and the User/group that my apache user uses is www and I assumed. I went as far as chmod the entire web directory, which owns the wsgi file, to 777. That didn't work. I then chgrp, chown the entire directory to www. That still didn't work. Can you explain the steps you did to repair the issue? Thanks.
