probably not directly from Table, there was some work with docstrings
on declarative classes like
https://docs.sqlalchemy.org/en/latest/changelog/migration_11.html#hybrid-properties-and-methods-now-propagate-the-docstring-as-well-as-info
but i think that's the most sphinx-specific thing we've done.
