Also when I create async engine the url is like this (copied from sqlaclemy docs): 'postgresql+asyncpg://0.0.0.0:5532/test_db?user=test_db&password=test_db' Regular create_engine (not async) returns datetime with correct timezone info as expected, so this is an issue only when I use async engine basically on the same way as regular one.
