He took some interesting answers from this mailing list, compiled them, edited some of them, formatted them and then added it to our Wiki. I've done some more editing and sorting and now it's ready for your viewing pleasure. Of course, there is still room for improvements: some more editing and sorting would be welcome (feel free to do it if you've got some spare time), but it's already a nice source of information. Also I'd be very grateful if some of you guys could update the FAQ whenever you see (or know of) a question answered here in the list and which is not yet covered in the FAQ.
