Hi, A little disclaimer. - I don't use Elixir - I'm a TG contributor
A couple of months ago (somewhere pre 2.0) we (the TG team) decided to drop the Elixir support in quickstart mainly because no one in the core team was using it and no one decided to step up to maintain it. That said I come here and I see 2 people requested TG2 support in the last couple of threads so I'm going to ask again :) If anyone here willing to a) maintain the relevant code for the quickstart templates to enable Elixir as an option or b) maintain a third-party package that we can link to the documentation in how to use Elixir? Most the base code needed is at http://trac.turbogears.org/ticket/2293 however I understand it's currently out of sync with the 2.1 codebase. So what exactly will be your responsabilities? 1- keep the code in sync with the plain SA version 2- keep the docs up to date 3- answer questions in the mailing list / IRC for people using elixir.
