Hi-- Is there a simple way to set the transaction isolation level of the default session that elixir uses? Ie, how do you tell create_engine which is invoked behind the scenes to set isolation_level? (The reason for this question is that after moving to python 2.7 and an updated version of sqlite a long running piece of software is throwing an exception about the database being locked (upon a query)).
