[sqlite] Password-function in SQLite?

Is there any function in SQLite to mask input values like
'password('anything')' in MySQL?
I would need this, because of the sqlite-db-files can be opened and read
by any text-editor and sometimes I must store connection-data(ip's,
passwords etc.) in the db.
