[sqlite] sqlite-3.0.2.so.gz

When I try to extract the precompiled shared-library for Linux 
sqlite-3.0.2.so.gz I get a 'No files in current archive' error. I've 
tried to download it several times and all I get is 53 bytes. The 
previous version downloads and extracts ok.
