[sqlite] Compiling sqlite3.0.3 on dec-osf1 with gcc 3.04 failed

Hello,

I could recently compile the sqlite2.x code without problems but now I can't
compile the the 3.0.3 branch.

The main problem is in:
sqliteInt.h:129: parse error before "uptr"
sqliteInt.h:129: warning: data definition has no type or storage class

Any suggestions to fix this ?
