[sqlite] new sqlite user - need help

hello friend's,
       i am new to sqlite...
       read documenatation sqlite.org...
       but not able to understand how to store the created tables permnantly 
and access them next time when u again started the sqlite server.....
       hoping u Ustand my problem...
