Disclaimer: I don't work for O'Reilly, but I've written for them and will be at the OSCON as a presenter this year. They've taken to doing a lot more video-recording of sessions, but I don't know about tutorials. I can't find anything about it on the site, but there were cameras all over in 2003, when I last attended. I'll ask a friend at ORA and see what he says.
