I recommend not using SDB (on windows machines) SQLite DataBase sounded like a good name too :)
That is the default extension for something called "Appfix Package" and in certain circumstances, Windows will automatically back the DB up every time it is changed thinking that a DLL or Application has changed so the System Restore can roll it back at a later date
