I propose a change to this page: <https://sqlite.org/fileformat.html>
This sentence: "This document describes and defines the on-disk database file format used by SQLite." The sentence is correct but I’ve had at least one case where such a statement can cause a problem in future. Could "version 3" be added somewhere in the sentence ? I also think it useful to add a link to <https://sqlite.org/formatchng.html> though I’m not sure where it should go.
