[sqlite] Need to do a Test.

Need to create a test2.db
with following fields A B C
the data is mostly numerical, however it should be okay
with VARCHAR field? ( this is only a test of speed for importing and 
searching )

Next Need to make Field "A" index able.
Then do a import of a text file sqtest.csv
into this new database.

What is the command for importing this in?
