Yes. Use the sqlite shell program to open the file. Otherwise you would need to
work through the whole file format documentation to decode it.

Betreff: [EXTERNAL] [sqlite] Open and query sqlite db in a buffer

Hi,

I have a "buffer" containing data read from a file-based sqlite database.
Is there any possibility for processing this "buffer" to query the data?

Thanks,
  Lloyd
