Also, regarding the name change suggestions, I disagree.
As people have said, no database product is fully SQL standard compliant, and SQLite is no different in that regard.
So in the current environment, SQLite's name is *not* misleading, despite any deviations.
The name is a brand anyway, and brands transcend any meaningfulness. It should stay the same. -- Darren Duncan
