I received a similar message saying an email sent to me has been bounced! I have deleted it since. Unless there is a glitch in mailing list software at SQLite site, this may be a new spamming trick.

Unfortunately, ezmlm is no longer maintained and was written long before spam, email worms and phishing messages turned into such a nuisance.
