Have you looked at any of the .Net wrappers at http://www.sqlite.org/cvstrac/wiki?p=SqliteWrappers? You may also want to look at the ODBC drivers at http://www.sqlite.org/cvstrac/wiki?p=SqliteOdbc which may work for you as well.
