Thanks for the report. The problem has existed in SQLite since version 3.6.1. This has already been reported in multiple tickets, see tickets #3420 and #3448. This was caused by check-ins [5450] and [5441] which removed dead code and exposed the undefined symbols. This was (hopefully) corrected by check-in [5837] yesterday. Confirmation that this fix works for you would be appreciated.
