You are the only one who can run that benchmark, because no one else knows your application, its databaseschema and its data. General benchmark results will tell you almost nothing about the effect on _your_ application. There have been some speed improvements between 3.5.9 and 3.6.14.2 but certainly nothing like a 4-fold improvement.
