Thanks for the tip, but after SELECTing 100.000 rows, right-clicking on the resultset and choosing "Copy Result Set to Clipboard", SQLiteExplorer shows the hourglass and it's still not done after 5mn :-/ No problem though, as SQLite Expert (www.sqliteexpert.com) and Spatialite GUI (www.gaia-gis.it/spatialite/) did the job.
