More seriously though... I think your spam blocker may need updating. "Forged 
mailpretending to be from MS Outlook" -- well, actually it wasn't pretending or 
least onlyto the level that MS software *may* pretend!  But since I have a 
hotmail account, maybethe hotmail SMTP server is causing the problem?
Does this mail come with a better rating?  Sent direct from the hotmail website 
thistime!
