There is now a new build of sqlite3_analyzer for linux up that should not require libicu18n. Let me know if the new version fails to work for you.
To build sqlite3_analyzer, you have to manually edit Makefile.linux-gcc for your system. It is not hard, but nor is it particularly obvious.
