Hello SQLite team, if an umlaut (German mutated vowel with two dots on top äöüÄÖÜß) is present in the database filename, the first access to the database after opening will result in an exception or a runtime error 216.
Using the user's AppDataPath unfortunately always includes the username. If this name has an umlaut, SQLite will not work: *C:\Users\Jürgen Möller\AppData\Roaming\ibf\TarV15\medium\Database\target3001.db* What can we do?
