Hi- The SDS project is currently being maintained by the same people who maintain SQLite. We're currently also using the same mailing list (this one, sqlite-users) for discussions of SDS.
Contributions are always welcome, but please note we will need a "contributor agreement" on file: http://system.data.sqlite.org/index.html/doc/trunk/www/contribute.wiki Current priorities going forward include restoring compact framework and design time support.
