I would like to make a feature request for a function to return a handle to the first open blob handle. For statements, sqlite3_next_stmt() can be called to return a pointer to the first prepared statement associated with a database connection but there doesn't appear to be such a function for returning a blob handle associated with a database connection. This would be useful for preparing to close a database connection that may have open blob handles.
