Thanks for pointing that out, and thanks to the team for fixing it so quickly! As for the requests for compile options and preprocessor settings, it looks like they weren't necessary to reproduce the issue this time but I'll try to remember to provide them if I need to report an issue in the future. Proposal: if that info is commonly needed when reporting bugs to the list, I suggest that it be explicitly requested on the "How To Report Bugs Against SQLite" page (<http://www.sqlite.org/src/wiki?name=Bug+Reports>). Hopefully that will reduce some list noise in the future.
