Hi all, do you think it's possible to create a different backend? I want to develop a relational database system which uses tables in FITS-files (for details about this format see http://fits.gsfc.nasa.gov/fits_standard.html). I guess it would be a good idea to use an approved database like SQLite with a new backend - in this case a different BTree-implementation.
