Don't continue to use the 'repaired' database SQLiteExpertPro gave you for real work, without first making sure it has the data you expect in it. You might find you're better-off restoring from a backup taken before the corruption occurred. I'm not taking a swing at SQLiteExpertPro specifically here. I know nothing about it. I'm just warning against a common mistake with 'repaired' files.
