Will SQLite4 be capable of reading a SQLite3 database to facilitate upgrade? (I'm guessing 'no')
I assume SQLite4 will be distributed in a familiar amalgamation format. Will it be feasible to include the amalgamation of both SQLite3 and SQLite4 into the same application to create an upgrade facility?
