Compile ? >? if your using windows you dont need to Compile SQLITE just use http://www.sqlite.org/2013/sqlite-dll-win32-x86-3080100.zip if you need to Compile the C++ Source just use a few free C++ Compilers available on the internet http://www.bloodshed.net/download.html
