Well, 3.5.9 on Windows 7 works to spec. That's all I know.
You may want start a new post about the bad behavior, complete with your
test case, so that the issue is not buried in a long thread. Hopefully,
it gets the attention of someone from dev team. I'm pretty sure what you
are seeing is not what's supposed to be happening.
