There are a number of interfaces that you need to implement in order to support migrations. You can look at the SQL Server and the SQL Server Compact providers in the EF source. Feel free to contact me directly. Ideally, the source code for System.data.sqlite should be hosted on github, and be made much more VS and contribution friendly.
