[sqlite] Patch that add ".dumpdata" command to shell.c

Hello !  

Here is a small patch that adds ".dumpdata" for "shell.c" in sqlite3.  

This command should behave exactly like ".dump" but without the database
schema.  

I 'm giving it with the same license as sqlite.
