unfortunately, I cannot create a better stack trace on short notice.

However, you may be able to reproduce the problem as follows:

- Create an in-memory database.
- Release it.
- Create an in-memory database.
- Release it.

The first run succeeds, whereas the second one yields a crash when using 
"?cache=shared".

Without shared cache, both runs succeed.

You might have found some really obscure issue in SQLite.  But that
will be hard to determine unless we can reproduce the problem, or at
least get a complete stack trace.

Can you statically link against SQLite instead of using a shared
library, and use -g when compiling?  That might give a better stack
trace.
