[sqlite] SQLite?

Hello All:
I am using SQLite on IPAD and want to Sync\replicate SQLite data\database to 
MySQL Server.
Want to know better way to do that if anyone of you have worked on this kind of 
scenario.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
