Hello Dave, Well, if you have users with really odd performance issues. I mean orders of magnitude slower than you expect. I've found it's either AV software, Norton in particular will crush PC performance or external USB hard disks/memory sticks. That's become the first question I ask any more "What AV are you using and/or are you using an external hard drive". USB hard drive performance is the pits. Network shares actually seem to be faster.
