I have a sqlite db file. I have tried to open it with sqlite v 3.4.1, 2.8.17 and 3.3.5 and each of these versions give me the same error "File Is Encrypted Or Is Not a Database". How can I determine what version of sqlite will open this db? The perl application can open the database using the perl module it has. But I cant get command line access to the db. Any ideas?
