I think SQLite is an epochal leap in the development, dissemination, use and support of databases in general. Richard has a product that moves the whole field ahead. Sometimes other players are kicking and screaming, but SQLite has still pushed them ahead because now their product is competing with SQLite. They had better improve their own product so it regains some eye catching shine!
