I am trying to determine if SQLite holds an exclusive lock on a database opened under Windows-CE, will that lock be honored by a connection opened under another version of Windows?
What about the opposite case? When the database is first opened under Windows 7, an exclusive lock is acquired, then a connection to the database is made under WindowsCE.
