Since no one else is reporting this problem, it must be related to
your environment or platform. Please post the OS/platform/java version
you're using and a small self-contained example program and the
javac/java commandline commands you issued to compile and run the
program. For the purpose of this exercise, don't use NetBeans or
Eclipse.
