Yes, but that very pages simply states 'unixepoch' is measured in
seconds, it's the SQLiteJDBC 'usage' page that implies they are
measured in milliseconds... IMHO it is a documentation bug on
SQLiteJDBC side.

OTOH the SQLite mailing list would be the correct place to ask for an
implementation of a possible 'millisecond_unixepoch', but right now
that's simply not there...
