You may also try to make a generic patch for SQLObject to use
executemany().

Insert() doesn't check if the arguments are suitable for a concrete DB.
The responsibilty is on the user. Again, patches with tests will be gladly
accepted.
For Postgres the usage is
connection.sqlrepr(sqlbuilder.Insert(..., values={...}))
