Indeed, if I remove the word UNSIGNED from
def createIDColumn(self, soClass):
if soClass.sqlmeta.idType == str:
return '%s TEXT PRIMARY KEY' % soClass.sqlmeta.idName
return '%s INT UNSIGNED PRIMARY KEY AUTO_INCREMENT' %
soClass.sqlmeta.idName
in mysqlconnection.py the test script works as expected again.
